 Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit: Reviewed

I’ve recently been bestowed the honor of testing and reviewing the Satisfyer Pro G-Spot Rabbit and perfection doesn’t even begin to explain the pleasure received from this toy. First off, let me tell you a little about Satisfyer. This gift to the vagina works by bringing air through a silicone nozzle which then fits snugly over your clitoris. The pulsating effect creates a vacuum seal giving your clit maximum stimulation without direct contact. The best way to describe it is like getting amazing oral sex. Now the Satisfyer Rabbit gives you the best of both worlds when it comes to making your vagina happy, clitoris stimulation (especially the suction of the Satisfyer) and G-spot stimulation. All while being completely waterproof and rechargeable like the original Satisfyer.

The Suction

The suction on the Satisfyer Rabbit is the same amazing suction you get on the original Satisfyer Pro 2 with some slight differences. The first obvious difference is that the opening of the suction nozzle is much larger on the G-spot Rabbit at 1.5 cm wide leaving less room for error. In other words, it isn’t hard to find the connection of nozzle to clit. Without being able to move the stiff, 2 inch nozzle freely on your clitoris, the larger opening helps. The pumping power is great and goes up to 11 strength settings like the original Satisfyer Pro 2. Unfortunately though, the suction doesn’t feel as intense and you can’t really press it down on your clitoris without inserting the g-spot stimulator more. Being able to have full control of the positioning of one stimulation device without compromising the placement of another is usually preferred and the suction power being weaker doesn’t help. Thankfully though, the g-spot stimulator is quite flexible allowing a bit of leeway when it comes to getting the perfect spot on any clit and having the g-spot stimulation makes up for the lack of clitoral suction.

The G-Spot Stimulator

The Satisfyer G-spot Rabbit delivers exceptional G-spot stimulation with a 5 inch stimulator. This smooth silicone beacon of pleasure is controlled with 2 separate buttons on a 4 inch handle. One is a soft white button for the clitoris suction, and the other is a hard bronze button that controls the G-spot stimulators 10 vibrating levels and functions. It’s tapered, curved tip makes it easy to insert while also hitting the g-spot with ease. The flexibility of the G-spot stimulator on the Satisfyer Rabbit is a great addition to this toy because it makes it much easier to use. Everyone’s anatomy is different so making a toy that’s supposed to hit your clit AND your G-spot simultaneously is hard to do especially when the clitoris stimulation needs to be very direct to work properly. This toy delivers by having the G-spot stimulator as versatile as it is with its flexible base. That being said, it’s really only fully adjustable when fully inserted and takes some practice to find the right spot. The vibration is very strong and the lowest setting is powerful enough to be effective. That coupled with the suction brings you directly to pleasure paradise.

The Whole Package

To tie it all together, this toy is awesome and gave me maximum pleasure as expected. Having the Satisfyers’ infamous suction device attached to a powerful G-spot stimulator is a recipe for greatness, and greatness is certainly what you get from the Sastisfyer G-spot Rabbit. It wasn’t effortless though like the original Satisfyer Pro 2’s strong suction, but it is quieter making it less of a distraction. The buttons to control the toy take some getting used to but are made in the best possible way. There’s nothing worse than getting confused or flustered while you masturbate and the Satisfyer G-spot Rabbit has done the best possible job to make sure all you feel is satisfaction. My personal preferences while using the Satisfyer G-spot Rabbit is a high level suction with a low level g-spot stimulation. I like the functions of the g-spot stimulator so I can have an option of low to high without adjusting the settings myself. The suction alone makes having an orgasm extremely easy and the g-spot stimulation adds an extra push to the intensity of that orgasm. Everyone is different though, and fit matters a lot especially in the case of a dual-stimulator toy like this one.

The Magic Banana. On first look it seems like the furthest thing away from a sex toy or Kegel training device, more like a bike lock or a miniature version of a Pilates band. But a sex toy and Kegel training device is what it is; coined a self-exploration tool by its designer and creator, yoga educator, Janeson Rayne.

Designed in Canada and manufactured in the UK this product is manufactured ethically with 100% body-safe, medical grade components and materials. Thirty years of research went in to creating this sexual exploration tool. The banana has been designed and crafted to conform to the inner contours of a woman's body, which, probably like me you assumed to be shaped similar to a phallic mold. In which case, why is the banana shaped like a bike lock? Well, as it turns out, the inner workings of a woman are more similarly shaped to a cul-de-sac, hence the shape of this multi-functional toy. Which kind of makes you think... who's been designing these phallic shaped objects supposedly manufactured for a woman's pleasure?? Men?? The banana is attempting to break the mould when it comes to women's sex toys and genital well-being, designed by a woman for women, with the ability not only to provide sexual satisfaction and g-spot exploration but also develop and/or rehabilitate Kegel and pelvic floor muscles.

So how exactly does one use an object that looks similar to a bike lock as a sexual exploration tool?

Begin with the banana in a concave, smiling direction with the tip facing up towards the belly button. Using the black end as a handle, gently squeeze the loop together before inserting. A water-based lubricant is recommended to aid with insertion and for cleaning afterwards a simple combination of gentle soap and warm water or a basic toy cleaner will work.

So my first interaction with the banana was to attempt to use the tool for Kegel exercising. Developing Kegel muscles can have an astonishing effect on a woman's sexual well-being, helping in preparation for and in the recovery of child birth, the release of lower back pain and in the recovery from and prevention of incontinence as well as the improvement of orgasms. The Magic Banana can be used in two separate ways to develop Kegel muscles – automatic and non-automatic. For women with lesser pelvic floor and Kegel strength and/or less experience with Kegel exercising I would recommend starting with automatic Kegels: start by inserting the banana as explained above and slowly move the banana in an in-out motion. As you move the banana in this motion the band will automatically push out onto the inner wall of your vagina facilitating automatic muscle contraction and release. In time you will learn how to manÒuvre these automatic contractions into purposeful ones. The non-automatic Kegels are slightly harder to master, but I implore you to commit some time to getting a hang on them: insert the banana and use your lower abs and Kegel strength to squeeze and release without holding onto the banana. As you contract the muscles against the band you will notice the band move inward and as you release the band will automatically expand inching its way outward and in reaction your body will feel the need to contract once again, forming a rhythm. As you get more skilled at this (and trust me it is a skill) you can start to work on the wider parts of the loop.

As you can guess, moving an object shaped to fit your inner self in a sexual rhythm does indeed come with perks other than muscular strengthening and does provide a certain degree of bonus pleasure – much more than expected from such an oddly shaped toy. The smiling orientation of the banana provides the perfect shape for g-spot exploration. And girls, for any of you out there struggling with g-spot orgasms this toy is for you! The g-spot is located about two inches inside the vagina and using the banana in a smiling direction facing up towards your belly button, learn to explore the rhythms and motions that you enjoy and your g-spot reacts to. And, for a handy tip, try using it with some clitoral stimulation like a bullet vibe – I promise you an orgasm like no other!

Using the Magic Banana with a bullet vibe, for a body shaking g-spot orgasm, after doing my Kegels, is my favorite way to use the toy and puts a happy ending onto my lazy girl work out. Personally I've never been so motivated to orgasss... mmm, I mean do my Kegels. At first, you'll feel like you've done a full lower abdominal work out the day after. The banana seems to have a knack of taking the guess work out of Kegel exercising, prompting automatic isolation of the muscles. In fact the banana is so good at developing Kegel strength that it has proved extremely effective in reversing female incontinence and as I cannot stress enough, giving women the ability to achieve full g-spot orgasms!

Overall, I'm completely sold on the very magic banana and I'm not the only one, it seems that this magical little tool is growing and growing in popularity, achieving publicity and endorsements from Glamour and Shape magazine and both Ricki Lake and even Oprah (which of course means it's going to be an instant hit). The only down side to the toy, other than the lack of a case or fruit basket to keep it in, seems to be the time it takes to get used to a toy so alien looking. But trust me girls, it is so worth it! I promise! And if I've learnt anything from testing this product it is that not every girl needs a someone, but every girl needs a Magic Banana.

Review- Jack Rabbit

Review- Jack Rabbit

By: Titania J

As every other girl, I had heard of the iconic Rabbit vibrator but, due to a lack of willingness to part with what seemed like a moderate to large cash sum on a toy design I was slightly unconvinced of, I had never had the opportunity to see what all the 'buzz' was about... until now.

The Rabbit vibrator (along with his since extinct friends the beaver, kangaroo and turtle) was brought into production in 1983 in Japan and avoided strict anti-sex-toy-production laws with its friendly, colourful animal designs. It originated and was introduced into the market using the concept of dual-action pleasure, along with the revolutionary internal rotating pearls ensured extremely strong initial sales of the toy. This continued to skyrocket after the progressive incorporation of the battery pack within the base of the toy rather than an as attached entity.

However, it wasn't until 1998, when the Rabbit met and became an object of obsession for famous Sex in the City character Charlotte that the toy became the icon it is today. After its TV debut the Rabbit became, to women all over the globe, as coveted as Carrie's Manolos. The celebrity adoration and endorsement continued with Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria mentioning her love of the product and Oprah calling the product the Rolls Royce of Sex Toys. Like anything the famous Oprah endorses, the Rabbit was ensured status and success worldwide. This consistent publicity of the toy design has created an influx of copycat Rabbits and other dual action vibrators as the industry has continuously tried to capitalize on demand and celebrity endorsement. As a consequence, since the products initial production the types and models of the toy have multiplied, well, like rabbits.

For my first experience I decided to try out one of the Jack Rabbit versions from California Exotics; the petite thrusting model. The vibe was cute, glittery and I found the petite version to be slightly less intimidating for my first Rabbit, plus I admit to being somewhat intrigued by the thrusting function.

This specific model offers ten functions of vibration, pulsation and escalation (for clitoral stimulation) and four patterns of synchronizing rotating and thrusting action (for the main shaft). For any of you out there trying this for the first time, I applaud/urge you to familiarize yourself with the various functions and instructions before trying out the toy. A rookie error I made, which lead to a lot of stopping and starting, not really what you want when attempting to have a pleasurable experience.

This particular product is waterproof which means the vibe is usable in the shower and allows easy cleaning. The Jack Rabbit is made from the soft jelly like material TPR which means either a toy cleaner or a gentle combination of water and soap can be used to clean it. It is latex free, hypoallergenic and non-toxic; however, the material can be slightly porous so it is advisable to use the vibe with a lubricant, advisably water-based, as silicone lubricants can be difficult to wash off the absorptive material.

California Exotics claims this specific Rabbit to be 'petite,' although that is not exactly the description I would give to the vibe being 9.4 inches in length (4.5 of which is insertable) and with a 4.5 inch circumference. For me it was just the right size for a vibrator and the near realistic feeling of the thrusting action with the added benefit of the rotating beads were, well, orgasmic- that is without taking into account the ears that gives the Rabbit its namesake. Before use, I thought the ears of the Rabbit clitoral stimulator seemed flimsy and was unconvinced to their pleasuring ability.... boy was I wrong! The rabbit nestles itself right into the clitoral area perfectly and the vibrations travel down the ears of the clitoral stimulator delectably. This second dimension to the vibrator certainly earns the hype the toy has created over the years.

Overall, I was extremely well 'satisfied' with this version of the Jack Rabbit. The rotating pearls and clitoral stimulation, along with the thrusting action of this toy, are comparable to adding bells and whistles to real penetrative sex. In my eyes, well worth the slightly higher price tag that's comparable to more basic vibes. And honestly, I think the company has to keep its prices up on such products to ensure men don't completely become obsolete. As a total Sex in the City girl, I can now understand Charlotte's fixation with her first Rabbit and to quote Miranda- the original Rabbit publicist, "It's not my first vibrator, it is the ultimate vibrator. And I think I'm in love."

Note: For those of you out there worried about the noise level of your vibrator the multi-functionality of the vibe does carry with it some sound. However, behind closed doors the sound of the toy is non-detectable. And if you’re still slightly paranoid, you can always go test out the waterproof capacity of the toy in your shower. Have fun.
