Intentions: Participants will walk away with a better understanding of what they want to experience as a Submissive, have a better understanding of safety protocols and feel confident to negotiate.

Join us for the The Empowered Submissive workshop exploring the fundamental aspects of BDSM and kink culture. Led by a seasoned practitioner and life coach with over a decade of experience, this workshop is designed to empower participants to explore their desires and boundaries in a safe and supportive environment.

The workshop will begin with a brief introduction, inviting participants to ground themselves in the present moment through a somatic practice. Throughout the session, participants will be encouraged to check in with their bodies & emotions

Key topics covered include the definition of a submissive, the power dynamics involved, and the importance of safe words in ensuring clear communication and safety. We will also explore the concepts of SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink), and PRICK (Personal Responsibility Informed Consensual Kink) highlighting their differences and implications.

Negotiation and consent will be a central focus, emphasizing the importance of discussing desires and boundaries before engaging in any scene. Participants will learn about opt-in consent and the significance of aftercare, subspace, and sub drop in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling BDSM experience.

A visualization exercise will guide participants in exploring their personal desires and boundaries, followed by a group activity where participants will discuss potential activities and risks involved.

The workshop will conclude with a group discussion to address any questions or concerns and reinforce the importance of consent and safety in BDSM and kink practices.

Please note that handouts, including a glossary of terms, a negotiation checklist, and additional resources, will be provided. Participants are encouraged to share their email addresses for a digital copy of the handouts, and a copy of the meditation.
