Pelvic Health Workshop
Join us to learn about Pelvic Health and why the pelvic floor muscles are so important in our lives. They are key to maintain continence (not leak urine/stool/flatus), sexual activity (such as better and stronger orgasms; erectile function), pregnancy/childbirth, core and spine stability.
We will discuss the pelvic floor anatomy, the relationship with breathing, the pelvic floor dysfunctions and the proper Kegel exercises technique.
This is a Q &A format where you will have a chance to interact with the presenter. All genders are welcome! Led by Silvia Saraiva, Registered Physiotherapist specialized in Pelvic Health.
