Wicked Wanda’s is a key staple in downtown Ottawa. Owned by a Mother Daughter duo both women are exceptionally talented and knowledgable in all aspects of any question you may have. Located in the beautiful historical building of Barrymores original entrance. With stunningly high ceilings, beautiful art work inside and great quality products you will soon love your shopping time. Also with awesome staff it’s a must see shop. Travellers from all over come here for an unforgettable time. You just never know what kind of events they are also holding or workshops that are happening. I always have a great time shopping here.

Highly recommend this store! Customer service is stellar - employees are so knowledgeable and create a space that is safe, comfortable and fun for customers. They have great products and workshops as well, and are committed to supporting the community in providing sex-positive education that is catered to individual preferences and goals. I really enjoy their pop-up events; they are varied, showcase lots of local artists and businesses, and are so much fun... great excuse to go get the items you want in a fun and animated environment.

Went in today and got this super cute and reasonably priced rave fan! Personally I think the quality is better than the KandisWorld fans. Perfect for the festival season!!

Wicked Wanda's has never failed to exceed my partner and I's expectations. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They were able to provide us with a proof of purchase from months prior in order to obtain a replacement product that we had thrown out the receipt for. When faced with a customer service issue with an external company (regarding our product replacement), Wicked Wanda's general manager was quick to remedy the issue when we contacted them about it and their resolution of the problem went way above what we expected. We highly recommend this shop and will continue to shop here in the future!

I had an issue with a product that failed. I made a call and wicked Wanda's more than compensated me by going above and beyond my expectations by directly mailing me a replacement product. I am more than impressed with how this played out.

I have been a client of Wicked Wanda’s For years. From the tiny shop on the west side of Bank to the superstore it is now across the street. The customer service from Lana Poulson is five star. I should mention, at the height of quarantine, Wanda herself was doing home deliveries?! The ambience, the selection and set up makes for a great shopping experience
