Wicked Wandas is my go to for s3xesories (s3x accessories) and more importantly EDUCATION. The staff is so informative. Lana is often there and she takes pride in guiding you with exactly what you are looking for. They also host great events. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in today and got this super cute and reasonably priced rave fan! Personally I think the quality is better than the KandisWorld fans. Perfect for the festival season!! Customer service was also wonderful! LOVE!

Wicked Wanda's has never failed to exceed my partner and I's expectations. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They were able to provide us with a proof of purchase from months prior in order to obtain a replacement product that we had thrown out the receipt for. When faced with a customer service issue with an external company (regarding our product replacement), Wicked Wanda's general manager was quick to remedy the issue when we contacted them about it and their resolution of the problem went way above what we expected. We highly recommend this shop and will continue to shop here in the future!

OH MY GOD! If you need to go to any shops like this, make Wicked Wanda’s your first and only stop. I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed into a shop like this. Great store with a wide range of products at great prices. I never had a negative experience and always received superb advice and customer service. I have been a client of Wicked Wanda’s For years. From the tiny shop on the west side of Bank to the superstore it is now across the street. The customer service from Lana Poulson is five star. I should mention, at the height of quarantine, Wanda herself was doing home deliveries?! The ambience, the selection and set up makes for a great shopping experience ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus my dog loves visiting the staff as well 😊

I had an issue with a product that failed. I made a call and wicked Wanda's more than compensated me by going above and beyond my expectations by directly mailing me a replacement product. Only adult store I shop at in Ottawa. The staff are friendly and very professional and always make you feel comfortable. They're honest about products and give good recommendations! And its LGBTQ+ friendly!

Met Wanda last year at what used to be called Sexapalooza. She was incredibly friendly and comfortable to chat with. If you tend to be shy... have no worries as Wanda and her staff will put you at ease!!
