We are a real shop with real people in it, on Bank Street in Ottawa. If you have a question — about a product, an order, a policy, or anything else — get in touch. Nobody here will make it awkward.

How to reach us

Store hours

Our Ottawa store is open seven days a week:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Sunday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

Statutory holidays: our store hours may differ on Ontario's nine statutory holidays — New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Check our Google listing or give us a ring before you make the trip.

We answer email and phone during store hours, and aim to reply within one business day.

Online orders

We process and pack online orders every day, including weekends.

Our range is larger than our shop floor, so we hold stock in two places: our store in Ottawa and our warehouse in Burnaby, British Columbia. Everything you can see on wickedwandas.ca is genuinely in stock in one of them — we do not backorder, and we do not list things we cannot send you. Each product page tells you where yours is coming from.

In-store pickup and local Ottawa delivery are available on items stocked at Bank Street, not on warehouse items. The product page will tell you, or ring us and we will check.

What we cannot control is Canada Post, which does not collect or move parcels on weekends or statutory holidays. So an order packed on a Saturday leaves on Monday. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you wonder where your parcel is.

What to contact us about

Product questions

Sizing, materials, firmness, motor strength, lubricant compatibility, whether a thing will do what you want it to. Our staff answer these questions all day and none of them will make it weird.

Ask us before you order. Sales are final for hygiene reasons, so a question answered beforehand is worth more than a conversation afterward.

Orders and deliveries

Changes, cancellations, tracking, delivery problems. Have your order number ready if you have it — but do not let a missing order number stop you from getting in touch. We can find you.

If you need to cancel, tell us immediately. We pack quickly, seven days a week, often within minutes.

Something wrong with your order

Damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — contact us and we will fix it. A replacement or a refund, at no cost to you, and in most cases without you needing to send anything back.

Our Privacy Officer is Wanda Cotie. Contact her about anything to do with your personal information — what we hold, how it is used, correcting it, deleting it, or making a complaint.

A note on discretion

Contacting us is as discreet as ordering from us. We reply to the email address you write from. When we text about an order, it says only that your order from downtown Ottawa is ready — never what it is, and never a phone call. Nothing we send you identifies what you bought.

If you would rather we contacted you a particular way, or not at all beyond what is strictly needed, tell us and we will note it.

Age restriction

Our products and services are for adults. You must be at least 18 to shop with us, online or in store.
