Wicked Wanda's has never failed to exceed my partner and I's expectations. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They were able to provide us with a proof of purchase from months prior in order to obtain a replacement product that we had thrown out the receipt for. When faced with a customer service issue with an external company (regarding our product replacement), Wicked Wanda's general manager was quick to remedy the issue when we contacted them about it and their resolution of the problem went way above what we expected. I have been a client of Wicked Wanda’s For years. From the tiny shop on the west side of Bank to the superstore it is now across the street. The customer service from Lana Poulson is five star. I should mention, at the height of quarantine, Wanda herself was doing home deliveries?! The ambience, the selection and set up makes for a great shopping experience ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus my dog loves visiting the staff as well 😊
