During the class, you'll be guided through Discover Your Perfect Dungeon & Desires — a meditation designed to help you connect with the fantasies, sensations, dynamics, and experiences that spark your curiosity.
You'll have time to reflect on what comes up, write down what you discover, and identify something you would genuinely like to explore.
Before you dive into the fun, you need a foundation that supports it.
You'll be introduced to common BDSM safety and consent frameworks, including SSC, RACK, PRICK, CCCC, and [C]RASH, along with the practical principles behind them.
