Give yourself unhurried time and privacy. Make sure you're relaxed and thoroughly warmed up — ideally working up with smaller butt plugs over previous sessions rather than starting cold. Slather the fist generously in lube (water-based, hybrid or oil-based all work — just skip silicone lube), get plenty on yourself too, and lower down onto the tapered fingertips first, letting your body set the pace as the girth builds.
