THE ROLE OF SOUND & VIBRATION
Using the gong, drum and breath to create vibrational sound, this practice supports:
- Heightened sexual and sensual awareness
- Nervous system regulation
- A sense of energetic flow and alignment
- Deep relaxation paired with heightened awareness
The vibrations are believed to support the body in releasing tension and creating space for connection—both internally and externally.
During this experience, you will be guided to:
- Notice and build sensation in the body
- Explore rising waves of energy and awareness
- Develop the ability to stay present with intensity
This is a practice of control and intention—learning to experience pleasure and energy without rushing toward release.
It is not about restriction or denial.
It is about expanding your capacity to feel, hold, and direct energy consciously.

- Or experienced in working with breath, sensation, or energy

You will be guided at your own pace in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
This workshop is held in a small, intimate group setting with a partner or alone.
The practice is done lying down on the floor, so please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Anything that supports your comfort
Wear clothing that allows you to relax fully.
- This is a guided internal experience—not a performance
- Bring your favorite sex toy if you are comfortable
- You are always in control of your body and your participation
- You are invited to move at your own comfort level at all times
